If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and you need to return an item, we're here to help.
In case of incorrect or defective product shipment, inform us immediately and in a period of 48 hours of receipt, we return costs and return the entire customer purchase amount (the return of the product must be done in the same way - courier service, product packaging).
If you want to replace the defective product with another product of the same value, then there will be no charge for shipping/postage and product replacement will be done right after the original product is received back.
If you wish to change the product either because you do not like it, or because you want something else or because you gave incorrect information about the product, then you should contact us within 48 hours after you receive it and return it back using the same way of packaging and courier service. The product you choose for replacement will be sent to you at your own expenses.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
